Standard & Out-of-Hours Rates
Labour rates for planned and non-urgent work, including diagnostics and repairs.
Standard Rate
8am – 5pm, Monday – Sunday
£100 per hour
Minimum 1-hour charge, then billed in 15-minute increments.
Out-of-Hours Rate
5pm – 8am, Monday – Sunday
£150 per hour
Minimum 1-hour charge, then billed in 15-minute increments.
Emergency Call-Out Rates
When urgent help is requested for bursts, leaks, no heating or no hot water.
Daytime Emergency
8am – 5pm, Monday – Sunday
£200 per hour
For urgent call-outs where water, heating or hot water has failed.
Out-of-Hours Emergency
5pm – 8am, Monday – Sunday
£250 per hour
